As part of a huge thirty six date tour throughout Europe the songstress Adele will be performing live in Manchester City Centre.
The chart topping songstress will be on tour for 4 months and for four nights in Manchester on Monday 7th of March, Tuesday 8th of March, Thursday 10th of March and Friday 11th of March.
Manchester fans of the artist snapped up tickets when they went on sale on the first of December. No doubt looking forward to hearing her recent music as much as classic favourites such as “Rolling in the Deep” and “Someone Like You” Her record breaking album “25” was the fasted selling album of all time and the video for “Hello” has reached a phenomenal 1billion views.
The twenty seven year old songstress is has been firm favourite across the ages since storming the charts back in 2008 with the release of 19. Follwed by her second album 21 in 2011. Both of which received incredible critical and commercial success.
A regular in the Guinness world record for her success Adele is famous for her down to earth attitude and somewhat shuns the celebrity lifestyle.
Situated in the north of the city centre this 21000 capacity venue is one of the busiest and largest in Europe hosting over 130 events a year. The venue itself is on the corner of Trinity Way, Hunts Bank and Great Ducie Street and is attached to Manchester Victoria Railway and Metrolink Tram Station. Known previously as the NYNEX, Manchester Evening News Arena and Phones 4 U Arena. Manchester Arena celebrated its 20th birthday in 2015.
Manchester Arena hosts a variety of music and sporting events such as ice hockey and boxing. Located in the heart of the city centre, Manchester Arena is easily accessible from Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. Trains run regularly into Manchester City Centre. The Arena is 11 miles from the hotel by car taking approximately 25-35minutes. A taxi journey would cost in the region of £20-£25 and can be pre booked via reception.
In addition Metrolink trams run from Manchester Airport Station into Manchester every 12 minutes during the day time, it’s easy for guests to hop on a tram with one change to Manchester Victoria station, which is attached to Manchester Arena.
