Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a food & beverage assistant who will greet and serve the guest in accordance with Clayton Hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner. Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guest and co-workers. Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
At least 1 years’ experience within the Hospitality industry is preferred but is not essential.

Commis Chef

We are in search for a Commis Chef to skilfully produce a variety of food dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation, working to costed recipes under the direction of the sous chef and head chef. Preferably, the candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience of working in the Hospitality industry however, this is not essential.

This is an immediate start role and offers fantastic opportunities for learning and career advancement within the hotel and the group.

Receptionist

Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport are in need of a new receptionist to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. To ensure that all front desk standards and procedures implemented are adhered to and all guest billing and accounts are accurate.
With the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, ideally this candidate will have experience of working within the Hospitality industry. This is an immediate start role with opportunities for learning and career advancement within the hotel and the group.

Restaurant Supervisor

A Restaurant Supervisor is needed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. If successful, you will be in charge of greeting and serving guests in accordance with the Hotel’s standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner.

The candidate will Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guest and co-workers. Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet. Also, working with Food & Beverage Manager/ Restaurant Manager to ensure that all opportunities are maximized; and that customers are offered highest quality standards and value for money.
