Do I need to pre book hotel parking?
Parking must be pre-booked and can be added to your airport hotel reservation. Simply select your arrival date and your preferred room type first, then select & ADD parking in the next step of enhance your stay. Car registration details must be entered with the number of days parking required, then click ‘Add Parking’ for the parking price ready available to book.

Can I book parking only?
The hotel does not offer parking only packages for pre-booking. Parking is only permitted for hotel residents, bar & restaurant diners and meeting delegates (charges apply).

How close is the hotel to the terminals?
Terminal 1 is 5 minutes walk or short shuttle bus journey.
Terminal 2 is a 5-minute shuttle bus transfer or a 15-minute walk.
Terminal 3 is 5 minutes walk or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus transfer service.
How close is the hotel to Manchester Airport Train Station?
Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport is a 5-10 minute walk or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus transfer to pick you up and bring you to our hotel.
How often does the shuttle bus operate?
Our complimentary shuttle buses run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After you have collected luggage and cleared customs please call the hotel on any courtesy phone (dial 3090) in the arrivals hall and our friendly team of drivers will arrange to collect you. Departures from the hotel can be pre-booked at Reception with buses leaving every 15 minutes.
