Parking Information

Ensure your trip gets off to the best start possible by booking a Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport Park, Stay and Fly package.

There are 300+ car parking spaces onsite at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The onsite car park is managed by ParkingEye Limited. Upon entering the car park, the parking barrier will raise and no ticket will be issued.

Full, correct vehicle registration details will need to be entered into a terminal at the reception by our guests, before leaving the car park. Please take care to ensure the exact time and dates are accurate. Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport does not accept responsibility for any charges from ParkingEye as a result of any misinformation or failure to register vehicle details correctly.

Short stay parking

For parking up to 5 consecutive days, cars remain on site in the hotel car park. Simply check your car in with our reception team on arrival. Hotel overnight guests must enter full, correct vehicle registration details into a terminal at the reception and pay the correct tariff. Short stay parking guests can keep your car keys with you and the car is exactly where you left it when you return.

Conference delegates will also need to ensure correct vehicle registration details are logged at a parking terminal if included in the meeting room booking. If parking has not been booked with a meeting room booking, delegates will need to log full, correct vehicle registration details and pay the correct tariff at the pay station in the main lobby.

 

Long stay parking

For parking of 5 days or more, vehicles are taken off-site on the day of arrival to a secure compound which is equipped with CCTV, gated, high-security fencing, regular security patrols, and well-lit. Please park in the holiday parking zone, which is the block parking spaces located to the rear and right of the hotel entrance.

As part of the check-in process, our reception team will ask you to register your vehicle details at a parking terminal and you will receive a receipt for your car keys. Your car will be taken to the secure off-site car park the same day. It is returned to the hotel prior to your returning arrival at Manchester Airport. The keys will be waiting for you to collect from reception.

We strongly advise the terms and conditions are referred to prior to the use of the parking facilities.

If you wish your vehicle to remain on site a supplement of £15.00 per 24 hours applies.
